The charges start from the moment the customer sits in the cafe, plus their coffee charges and sitting charges are taken. There are minute-by-minute charges, so this cafe is giving a zero rating. This is my experience, especially since they have charged me for the coffee plus the sitting charges from the time I arrived till I left, so it is a third class cafe. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
