I would not like to give a single rating due to incident happened with us. We book the benquet and gave 10,000 instantly to confirm the booking but due to some medical issue we need to cancel the booking within 13 hr. He told us that he will think and let us know about refund and after a month he is saying that he will not refund us a single penny. Atleast he would have deduct some amount and return the remaining. So much bad behavior by that person. I must suggest not to make any bookings with him.

Respected Madam your parents visited our banquet on 20th march 2025 and as you have done 2 parties here before , you and your hubby came with your mother in law on 27/03/2025 for finalisation of menu and hall after doing both you confirmed the hall by paying 10k advance . The function was schedule on 1ST JUNE 2025 AFTER 65 DAYS OF BOOKING . on the second day your cousin brother experied in another city and your mum came in morning for refund of money urgently before visitng your cousin place. . our function was after 2 months so cancellation of function was not required but you would have selected another hall or some what it is k. but it is non refundable in case of cancellation or postpotned but due to our business relation I told will give you another time for party or food of for the same price. thanks
