Chai Sutta Bar, a spot my friends have faithfully visited for 3 years, surprisingly fell short during our recent visit. The food, particularly the potato fries, was undercooked and lacked seasoning. The coffee was overly milky. To make matters worse, the premises had a significant mosquito problem. My friends and I were disappointed, hoping they'll address these issues and reclaim their standards. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
