*1/5 stars* Disappointing Experience at Cha Te Coffee I've been a loyal customer since day one, visiting with friends and family. The food is average, but today's experience was unsettling. When I asked for water, they served me packed water. Despite multiple requests for complimentary water, the receptionist and manager refused, saying "Pehle dete the, hamari bottle kese bikegi?" (We used to give it earlier, how will our bottle sell?). They even shouted at me! The service is poor, and the unprofessionalism is alarming. The ambiance is great, but that's not enough. Until they improve their customer service and attitude, I'd caution others. *Pros:* Good ambiance *Cons:* Poor service, unprofessional staff, charged for water Would I recommend? No, until they address these issues will never get back Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
