After giving order of cake for next day, they took full payment from me in same day and told me to pickup that cake from another branch in buxi bazar. Next day I have gone to pickup that cake and noticed that cake was damaged from all sides. This situation is not first time , it happened before also to me, that time I forgiven them as it happened for first time.
