Can't believe they messed up my coffee, this is a good place but the quality has dropped. Last time when I was here I had a good experience but this time it was not very pleasant. Even when you are waiting for some or having a discussion they keep popping aroudn with menu cards. You get better coffee at the roadside stall. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

I recently visited Cafe Coffee Day during the evening and was disappointed with my experience. Despite mentioning the presence of mosquitoes outside and requesting a coil, a staff member informed me they didn't have any. The overall cleanliness of the place was lacking, giving off a dirty and unkempt vibe. It's evident that the standards have declined compared to previous visits.
