The food here is very delicious and feels healthy, as they serve Japanese authentic flavour and the owner’s wife itself is a Japanese , so we definitely get a good taste of Japanese food . I had Katsu Don , which is very tasty and has authentic Japanese flavour . And they serve something like soup as a side dish , which is very flavourful and tastes great.Everything is made fresh , so it definitely will take time to serve your food , but trust me the wait will be worth . And the amount of chicken cuts on the non veg ramyun is crazy So much chicken on the name of non veg . It's a small cafe in the gulleys of Varanasi. To reach this place by road could be a bit of a hassle. Hence people prefer the ghats route. The menu range is limited, but you can find all the major Japanese and Korean delicacies here! The staff ppl are really sweet, and the service was prompt. We found the authentic Japanese dishes to be too bland for our liking... It felt like chicken stew with eggs in it. But it was extremely healthy and nutritious cooked in minimal oil. I think the pork options are spicier and tastier because looking at the other reviews, it does look tempting. But I think as an Indian you would find the tastes not rich enough to meet your expectations... Saw this place on Google Maps itself and decided to give it a try, and I was definitely not disappointed. The owner was very welcoming and humble, and gave me the wifi password as soon as I took my phone out. I ordered the Katsu Don, and it was a huge filling portion along with Miso soup and I think kimchi. The taste was great, given the fact I was eating Japanese food for the first time. The entire family is very positive, and looking at other comments, a lifesaving host to tourists from Japan and Korea that visit Banaras. I wish they flourish in their business and give excellent experience to many more customers to come.
