Really surprised the way staff has responded to my query, ordered a mutton Biryani with extra peices and got delivered a single biryani. The delivery boy claimed biryani art responsible, and the customer care of biryani art was really sweet, they simply said we will send you the correct order next time, things happen. Well I understand that, but things should be corrected real time, not later. Also they placed my call on the side leaving it on desk purposely for 20 mins checking in between if I disconnected the call. Also biryani doesn't taste the same as it used to earlier. It is bad.
