I ordered Chicken Hyderabadi Biryani from Bikkgane Biryani, Sector 23 Gurgaon outlet, and honestly it was a complete disaster. The rice was of cheap quality, hardly any chicken pieces, and tasted absolutely pathetic. Total waste of money! The food was bad enough, but their customer service is a bigger nightmare. I called to complain and spoke to Atul (their central executive) who kept me unnecessarily on hold for 10 minutes before dumping the call to the Sector 23 outlet. The outlet staff shamelessly denied my concern saying “aisa ho hi nahi sakta” and asked me to share pictures on WhatsApp. I waited for 15 minutes – no message, no follow-up, nothing. When I called back, instead of helping me, they simply cut my call. And when I asked for a complaint/feedback email ID, they straight-up refused saying there is no such option. Seriously? A brand that sells food but doesn’t even have a proper complaint system? The staff is rude, careless, and unprofessional, the food is trash, and the overall experience is the worst I’ve ever had with any restaurant in Gurgaon. If you value your money and respect, NEVER order from Bikkgane Biryani Sector 23 Gurgaon. They don’t care about customers at all. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Extremely disappointed with this outlet. The service is very poor – staff is unprofessional and not at all attentive. Food took forever to arrive and when it did, it wasn’t even served properly. The quality is nowhere close to what you’d expect from Bikkgane, and the overall experience felt careless and frustrating. Definitely not worth the money or time. Won’t recommend this branch at all.
