Visiting Basho was an exceptional culinary experience . From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt welcoming and refined, blending comfort with elegance. We ordered the 9 different grilled trout and the pork steak , and both dishes exceeded all expectations. The trout was delicate, perfectly seasoned, and baked to retain its natural flavors, while the pork steak was tender, juicy, and full of depth in taste. Every bite reflected careful preparation and culinary mastery . Honestly, I have not tasted food this delicious anywhere else in Vashisht. What truly elevated the evening was the impeccable service. Our waiter, Noren, displayed outstanding professionalism — attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable about the menu, and genuinely dedicated to ensuring a perfect dining experience . His hospitality made us feel not just served, but truly cared for. Basho is more than just a restaurant; it is a place where flavor, service, and atmosphere come together to create a memorable experience. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Vashisht .
