Had lunch here recently and the food was just amazing! I tried the non-veg meals, and everything was super tasty. The mutton chukka, prawn pepper fry, and masala kalakki were all too good. The mutton and chicken varieties were full of flavour and cooked really well. If you love non-veg food, this place is definitely worth trying. Will surely visit again! Amala Chettinad Mess is not at all suited for other than Tamil speaking people. We visited the Mess with great expectations by checking the false reviews in Google. Food is tasteless. Service is worst. Servers speak only Tamil. We have repeatedly asked about the items with Non Veg Meals. They served only 2 tasteless veg curries. We expected at least one non veg curry but they didn't give any non veg curry. If we go to any veg hotel, they will serve Dal, rasam, sambar, papad, two normal curries, two fry curries, curd, sweet etc with the rate what this Amala Mess charged for us. Very much disappointed with this Mess. It is suitable for local people only. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
