The staff here do not throw/dispose customers' leftover food, instead, they save and reuse it for other Customers. I personally witnessed Raja, the owner, setting aside leftover falafels, refrying them, and then serving them again. I also saw him take an unfinished Mandi meal from one customer, place it under the table, and later serve the same rice and chicken to another customer. You pay good money to eat leftovers.
