The non-veg shawarma roll was decent and tasted okay for the price. It’s a good option if you're looking for a quick non-veg snack. However, the veg shawarma roll was a complete letdown — poor in taste and quality. It didn’t feel worth the money at all and seemed like it was added just for variety without any proper preparation. I visited this place to buy a grilled half chicken for takeaway. After I paid, they began preparing the chicken, but to my surprise, they started cutting it at the shawarma preparation area, which was already covered with mayonnaise. I immediately informed them that I didn’t want the chicken cut there, as I do not like mayonnaise and I have an allergy to it. Despite my request, the person continued cutting the chicken in that area. I raised this issue with the owner, but instead of understanding my concern, he started defending their practice and told me the mayonnaise was "eggless." I explained again that due to my allergy, I cannot consume anything that has come in contact with mayonnaise. Rather than acknowledging their mistake, they tried to shift the blame onto me. That shop owner said, “In my fifteen years of service, I’ve never seen a customer like this.” It felt very disrespectful, especially when I was only raising a valid concern about food safety. After a small argument, they finally agreed to replace the chicken. I maintained my calm and showed respect because of the elder staff member’s age. But I feel this kind of attitude towards customers is unacceptable, especially when health concerns are involved. I hope this feedback seriously and ensures better hygiene and customer service in the future. Note: That Grill Chicken is not as good.
