Slowly becoming one of my fav places in Goa. Beautiful and serene views, excellent sea food, and prompt service. Jessica is invariably attentive and thoughtful. Food - really enjoyed the prawn rava fry, kingfish rava fry. Both were fresh and well made Access by car - put seagulls shack as the destination as for some reason google maps doesn't route cars to Zumbrai efficiently. Zumbrai is around a 50 mtr walk from seagulls. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
