Bad experience from the hotel staffs and receptionist, they provided cold mandi and they refuse to provide us fresh food. Didn't experienced such a bad behavior from any hotels. I don't think the guy in the reception is owner of the hotel, he will destroy the identity of the hotel for sure. Such a misbehavior.

Please don't go here.Very bad experience from the hotel they are treating and talking like if we want get to the kitchen and eat.So shamefull Zumar.Brother and sister this is not like degrading the hotel.Please try to improve yourself.

Cashier is harsh and rude to customers...he treats as if the customer came for having food for free
