One of oldest outlet located at Belgam. We had Mutton Biryani and Tawa Mutton Chop and firni. All dishes were taste. Its located on first floor. The board is located down on road. The good part is they also deliver to Mumbai, Pune and other station. Ordered mutton biryani online in Zomato, the piece of mutton was very less, burnt, it was looking like the left over biryani they packed, while spoke to zomato service centre, they didn't help us, worst experience ever, when Zuber biryani was only one outlet, they could focus on food quality, now they are not focused about quality, Even we had a dine in experience couple of days back, that was also having less pieces of mutton, my point is if it is almost over, then why the hell you guys accept order?? Absolutely pathetic experience with Zuber Biryani. What the hell has happened to your quality? I ordered mutton biryani online via Zomato and what I got was nothing short of disgusting — one tiny, burnt, rubbery piece of mutton that looked like it was scraped from someone else’s leftovers. The rice was dry, tasteless, and clearly stale. It was like eating food straight out of a dustbin. To make things worse, Zomato customer support was equally useless — no help, no refund, just scripted replies. Clearly, neither the restaurant nor the platform gives a damn about customer satisfaction. And this is not a one-off. A few days back, I went to dine in at the same place, and again, same nonsense — hardly any mutton, bland taste, below average food. It’s clear this place has gone completely downhill ever since they started expanding. No quality, no consistency, no basic hygiene it seems. Let me say this loud and clear: Nobody should ever go or even think of ordering anything from this hotel. They’re serving worst-quality, possibly rotten food and packing it off to customers like we’re fools. It’s not food — it’s a scam. I’m done with this place, and I strongly advise everyone else to stay away too unless you want to be cheated and disgusted.
