Stayed with family for 2 nights. The room was excellent, especially with a small viewing balcony inside the room, giving great views of the road and the nearby lake. The hotel service is quick and they readily accommodated all our requests. The room was clean and hygienic, restaurant food has decent options and staff was very courteous. They even accommodated our late checkout request. The hotel location is central through the city, making it easy to go anywhere for sightseeing. Service: 5

We recently hosted our team meetup and conference at Zone by The Park ORR, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. A special mention to Vijith from the F&B team, who was extremely helpful and supportive right from the booking stage to the successful completion of the event. His attention to detail and willingness to accommodate our requirements made a real difference. The hotel staff were warm and hospitable, ensuring our team felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout the event. The location is easily accessible, which was a huge plus for all attendees. The venue itself was clean, well-maintained, and conducive for productive discussions. Overall, a smooth and satisfying experience. Highly recommended for corporate events or team gatherings! They have decent parking space in front of the hotel. The reception area is good and welcoming. Polished staff with good etiquettes. Rooms are okay okay. Given the location and other amenities, consider this as the compromise deal. The service is on the slower side. They have an in-house restaurant called The Bazar that serves good breakfast. Idiyappam with coconut milk and Podi Dosa was the highlight. In the evening there was a group booking so the restaurant was closed and we had to eat out. There is a swimming pool on the sixth floor but it's practically useless as they close it post noon for they have some swimming classes going on. Overall, it's a good transit option in the outskirts of the city. Nothing much though. Service: 3
