It was a birthday occasion of my brother and I placed an order through Zomato. The cake which was delivered by zomato was stale and it was not a fresh cake. The cake was taken to the shop by by brother and the shopkeeper admitted that it was not a fresh cake. He assured that the money will be refunded by Zomato. We have raised a complain to Zomato this incident and requested to refund the money. But even after 4 days neither I have got any response from Zomato not I have got the refund.
