My recent visit to Zoka with my family was super disappointing. Owners are super active on their social handles but pay zero attention to their restaurant. Outside sitting was below average. We ordered cheese dish and was served with paneer and server said cheese and paneer is the same thing. Later on I had chat with manager, he paid zero attention to it. Nobody visits such places for only food, we came for service also. Service is the most integral part of restaurant business. Just visit some fine dine’s you will understand this concept. I have given 1 star for service because there is no option for negative star’s. Sorry to say but please improve it Thanks much Service: Dine in Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
