I recently ordered a mutton biryani and, unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. I specifically asked for less masala, but the biryani was overloaded with it, making the flavor overpowering. The mutton was either too tough or lacked proper seasoning, and the rice didn’t have the delicate aroma you’d expect. On top of that, the biryani had a sour taste, which made it even worse. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience, and I wouldn’t recommend it.
