Had a very disappointing lunch experience at Zoca Diner, Spectrum Mall, Noida. • Dal Makhani had no salt or taste • Jeera Rice was completely bland • Hakka Noodles were overly salty • Chilli Paneer gravy was also extremely salty When we brought this to the staff’s attention, instead of acknowledging or correcting the issue, they insisted that the food was fine and showed no willingness to improve or even admit their mistake. What was more disappointing was the careless and rude attitude of the staff. Customer feedback was clearly not taken seriously. Overall, not an experience I would recommend.
