Very disappointing experience at Zoca Café, Sector 90. We have been regular visitors for the last 1.5 years, but unfortunately the quality has gone down drastically. Prices have been hiked, while food quality and taste have degraded. The service was poor—none of the old, trained staff is present anymore. The waiters seemed clueless about the food items, and even the chef did not explain what was being served. Dish names have been changed in the menu without any proper explanation, which created a lot of confusion. What was most surprising is that the advisor/manager kept sitting in the restaurant, yet the issues remained completely unaddressed. Overall, a very unsatisfactory experience from a place we once trusted and visited regularly. Sadly, not the same Zoca Café anymore.
