My experience with Raviz Arayidathupalam is poor. people especially seniors not courtsey enough to know customer needs. My interaction 3 times is poor. Not narrating the names. Since booking is there, they survive. @ all customers, try approaching management with a requirement?? you will be unhappy.. I have shifted the hotel.
