Food packing was poor and Chicken was not spicy.

Greetings Akansha, We are sorry for not meeting your expectations however the dish you ordered “BUTTER CHICKEN” is traditionally sweet. Since, the nature of the gravy is tomatoe, to cut down the sourness we do add honey and fresh cream in it. If you wanted to go for any spicy chicken dish you could have ordered chicken tikka masala, railway chicken curry and other many options. If there’s, any next time for us kindly go with the recommended options above. And sorry for the packaging! Normally we ensure everything is packed properly but we would still like to pass on the message to our team.
