Dear Customer,We’d like to clarify the situation regarding your visit. You came in about a month after purchasing our waistcoat, asking for a cash refund. The item had been with you for over a month, and the price tag was no longer in its original condition.As per our policy, and similar to other standard store policies everywhere else, refunds are not possible after such a long period or for used items. Despite that, we still offered you an exchange for a different size or any other item of your liking or mentioned that you could wait for our next stock arrival. However, you declined and insisted on a cash refund, doing so in a very rude manner toward our staff, which was unnecessary.We kindly request that you do not spread false information regarding the situation, as we have followed our store policy fairly and consistently. We always aim to assist our customers within fair and reasonable terms.
