Been a regular at Zima since it opened, but lately it’s been disappointing. Service has gone downhill and the food quality isn’t as consistent as before. Really hope they improve and bring back the old standard.

Dropped by for a suhoor and totally loved the experience here! The vibe was great and it perfectly matched with the middle Eastern cuisine they have to offer.

Sahoor Buffet at Zima was a sheer disappointment. We had to repeatedly ask for basic items like tissues and water. The grilled items in the buffet were dry, and despite the restaurant not being crowded, orders took an unreasonably long time to reach the table, which completely killed the appetite.A simple scrambled egg took more than 30 minutes to arrive, and it came without any condiments. Oddly, it was served with pita bread, and we had to ask separately for salt and pepper. The chicken steaks arrived after about 45 minutes and were so salty they were practically inedible.Overall, it was a very poor experience. Unfortunately, it left us with no desire to return to Zima again.
