too dry ... also boiled potatoes (Fries) inside the shawarma was making it more dry .

I always order sharma from Carter's blue as I trust their food quality even though there are cheaper options in the market. Tried Malaysian noodles from them but what I got was a premium version of Hakka noodles. The noodles were not flat, they had dry fruits and cabbage in them which is a big no no. May be carter's blue should try Dynasty ka Malaysian Noodle and know what I am talking about.
