I’ve been a regular customer here and used to really enjoy the chicken shawarma, which is why this experience was especially disappointing. I decided to pick up my order in person and saw the food being prepared live. The chef was not wearing gloves, repeatedly wiped sweat from his forehead, wiped down the table with a rag, and then continued assembling the pita with the same bare hands. It was honestly one of the most unhygienic food preparation experiences I’ve witnessed. Food safety and hygiene are basic standards, not optional ones. This reflects poorly on management and ownership, not just the staff member involved. I strongly urge the management to take this seriously, enforce proper hygiene protocols, and ensure strict compliance with food safety guidelines.
