They are not diabetic friendly and put insane amount of artificial sweeteners in their desserts. Caused very bad stomach issues

I should not even give one star for this shop Zeugar Sugar Free, Punkunnam, Thrissur. I bought 80 gms each of Carrot walnut cake pieces from Zeugar, through Swiggy app online on 16 Jan 2023. To my shock and disgust, when I opened one of the boxes and broke off a piece to consume, I found a dead cooked milipede like object stuck on the other bigger piece of the cake. I doubted that both the pieces of Carrot Walnut cakes were of the same batch and had to discard them.. They charge exhorbitantly for such less quantity and such low quality unhygienic food to take undue advantage of diabetic patients like me. I strongly recommend the public to stay away from ordering from this shop. They claim that everything they serve is fresh but i came to know that every batch of cake is atleast 10 days old! My case is a clear evidence that Zeugar prepares their desserts in the most unhygienic conditions ever. The food and safety department has also informed me, after i complained, that they have been violating a lot of safety and hygiene standards..They don't maintain any hygiene standards and are quite careless in their preparation. This is a clear breach of trust towards the consumers by Zeugar Sugar Free, Thrissur. Never trust and buy their food ever!!!
