Chinese/Regular - in Soups (Can be better still) - Look more options in Seafood - But what was served was OK.
Starters - Yes - has multiple options & was served good alternatives - Non Veg Sumptuous King Fish Goan Masala, & Prawns fried was good
Veg - Beet root cutlet/Butter Saute Vegetables (Can add few local goan masala - missed them)
Main Course Goan/Indian/Chinese/Mughlai - Biryani options - to choose in daily dinner - Good, Goan Fish Curry, Mutton Roganjosh.
Biryani - Tried them all - Awadhi, Hyderabadi, Lucknow & Regular - Was good Enough - Out of which i found - Awadhi had different taste, texture, Meat composition - May be missed seafood options here.
Rotis - Best part were served as per choice & have limited choice - missed Rumali ( too ambitious) - Even Pasta available Options - limited basis
Salads - Excellent in terms of side salads - Multiple choice - Seafood/Non Veg/Veg - Regular salad & Options was OK.
Deserts - Yes - this was plenty on daily basis but needs some additions on local Goan flavour & Taste - except one day - we had bibinca for dinner Good , - Ice creams - Malta Orange was good, Pudding was Good, But this was by large sufficient after such heavy meal.
Had Dry nut Pudding, Some Chocolate stuff - Gulab Jamuns (Scope to better something by giving it goan Taste, Blend, Aroma, Texture would add more feel like desert post)

Breads - Sufficient options - from regular bread/Whole Wheat/Brown Bread/Gluten free
Heavy dietary - Mutton Liver/Steamed Chicken - can add more here
