kovid ji, we are equally sad for your experience. we never want such an experience for our customers. if you could check your order history restaurant had prepared the order before time but Zomato rider didn't arrive on time. we even asked the Zomato team to convey you that it is riders fault. we made your order with so much love but reciving 1 star for someone else's mistake really makes us sad. we really hope you liked the taste. we would love to serve you again. we would be great if you could reconsider the rating on the basis of taste . if you share your no. we can share with you the multiple chats we had with Zomato saying that customer might get order late because of their fault and it may reflect on our wall. we would certainly try to make you more happy if you order again.regards
