It was a bit difficult to find the cafe as the name was not visible due to car parking in front of the cafe. Hardly found a table that became available as soon as we entered. No-one approached us to take orders or to welcome! Placed order once we settled after the table was cleared. Took more than 20mins to serve sandwich which was way too long. No servers were present in the cafe itself but they were all see by the kitchen area! Noticed few other customers going to them to order! Worst service. Food was average. Cold mocha was fine, Sandwich was not crunchy enough and not grilled properly. Not recommended if you prefer fast service and shorter table waiting times. Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹1–200 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

The place looks great from the outside — aesthetically appealing and seemingly inviting. However, the experience inside was quite disappointing. There was an unpleasant smell indoors, and the hygiene levels were not up to the mark. Staff appeared undertrained and not professionally dressed, which impacted the overall service quality. The service was slow, and despite the premium pricing, the quantity and quality of food and beverages didn’t justify the rates. Adding to the discomfort, there were quite a few mosquitoes inside, making it hard to relax. Overall, Zen Cafe has potential, but it seriously needs to improve its cleanliness, staff training, and customer experience to match its ambiance
