Everything needs to evolve with time. To suit the demands and preferences of the new age. This place is stuck in time. Perhaps, the parent company is very rich and that's why it continues to occupy such a great location without trying to do anything refreshing. The ambience is insipid, dull, and reeks of exhaustion. The service, courteous but lacks energy. The food, plain and unimaginative. The food industry has skyrocketed not just in valuation but also in width of offering, both in terms of quality, and price. Some classic remain great. Zen in Connaught Place is one such example..The food is delicious as always whether veg or non veg. Tue service also polite if not warm but the ambience so sarkari.
