I ordered from Zeit through Zomato and added an extra fried chicken to my order. When the food arrived, the extra chicken was missing. I immediately contacted the restaurant, but instead of acknowledging the mistake, they blatantly lied, claiming they had packed it. What’s worse—Zomato also sided with the restaurant, refusing to help or investigate properly. This kind of careless service and complete lack of responsibility is unacceptable. If I pay for something, I expect to receive it—not excuses and dishonesty. Definitely not ordering from Zeit again. Taste & Quality: The mandi was perfectly cooked, with juicy, tender chicken and flavorful rice infused with aromatic spices. Every bite was a burst of authentic taste, making it one of the best mandi dishes I've had! Packaging: The food was well-packed, ensuring it remained hot and fresh upon arrival. No spills, no mess – just perfect! Delivery Experience: A special shout-out to Mr. Manjunathan Nair, the Zomato delivery partner, for his excellent service. He delivered the food on time, with a friendly attitude and great professionalism. It’s always a pleasure to receive food from someone so well-mannered and polite.
