The ambiance at Zed Sky Lounge Cafe is quite impressive and inviting, but unfortunately, the overall environment leaves much to be desired. The service was notably slow, and we had to wait an unreasonably long time for staff to respond. The Pesto Chicken and Olives pizza was a major disappointment; the bread was dry and tasteless, reminiscent of papad, and the pizza itself lacked any discernible flavor. Overall, while the ambiance is commendable, the poor service and subpar food quality make it difficult to recommend this place. Don’t try the pizza, and the management should work on rectifying the environment.
