Recently, I ordered food from Zebra Spot through Swiggy. I ordered Mini Biriyani × 3, but instead I received fried rice with bones, which was completely wrong. The food quality was extremely poor, with a bad smell, and totally unacceptable. When I contacted Swiggy, there was no proper response. I also called the restaurant directly, but they said they couldn’t do anything and asked me to handle it through the app. I agreed to that, but this does not excuse the lack of basic food service standards. Serving food with poor quality and bad hygiene is not acceptable. At the very least, there should be basic responsibility, proper communication, and accountability from both the restaurant and the delivery platform. Very disappointing experience.
