The hotel service is bad and staff behavior is disappointing. Especially the senior-level staff member wearing a blue T-shirt who accepts food orders. He has a rude attitude and does not have basic manners to talk to customers. The food taste is okay-okay, but not as good as expected for the hotel name and brand.
