Absolutely pathetic experience. Despite pre-booking, we were made to wait with zero organization or basic courtesy. The service was horrendous—completely unprofessional and careless. The food options for vegetarians were disgraceful; after 30 minutes we were told only fries and wedges were available—literally just one option. Drinks were equally disappointing and tasted below average. We even ordered potato wedges, and after making us wait 45 minutes, the waiter casually informed us they were out of stock. No communication, no accountability, just chaos. This place is a complete mess and not worth anyone’s time or money.
