I recently visited a Kashmiri theme restaurant called "Zarpar - Multi Cuisine - Veg and Non Veg Restaurant" and wanted to share my experience with you. This restaurant is famous for its authentic Kashmiri cuisine and was designed with a traditional Kashmiri theme. Here is my review of this place. Ambiance The ambiance is amazing. As soon as you enter the restaurant, you can see the traditional Kashmiri decor. The entire setup was properly planned and executed with beautiful artifacts, and carpets. The seating arrangement was cozy and comfortable, reminding me of the usual setup of Kashmiri homes. The dim lighting added to the overall ambiance and enhanced the mood of the place. Food Quality The quality of the food is exceptional. Each dish is made with authentic and fresh ingredients, which really enhance the overall taste. The menu contains a variety of Kashmiri dishes. Each dish has its unique taste and flavors of the spices and herbs used in it. The presentation of the food itself was impressive and the portions were generous. Service The staff is courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu, they are always ready to assist customers in making the right choices. Pricing Considering the quality and quantity of the food, the pricing is reasonable. The portion sizes are generous, and you definitely get your money's worth. Poor quality of food. No kashmir authentic food. Mixed coconut in kheer and sweet corn in tomato dhania soup.
