Hi zane's cafe , I own a restaurant in your neighborhood I would like to give you a suggestion, try not to butter up too much of butter , also rather than grilling it , try to toast your breads Lil crisps, filling inside is amazing but grilling it & adding to much of butter you can't really enjoy the taste, also the bread gets soggy & chewy
