absolutely pathetic. this is what I received when I ordered for a boneless chicken biryani. and not juts I received it wrong. It was just a Muradabadi biryani with bone. and that too it was not properly cooked and the chicken pieces looked unclean. you can easily get a much better muradabadi biryani at half price.had to throw away entire plate.

I ordered this chicken fried rice from Zamzam restaurant on 11.6.2023 & I will rate it 3.5/5 because - Positive - Packing & Add-on - Fried rice packed inside plastic black round contained, sealed with Swiggy tape? See images. The container was kept inside paper bag stapled. Tomato + chilli sauce sachets provided. No napkin, spoon present. Taste - Taste is good as it should be, balanced. Not spicy or salty. Quality - Only rice quality is ok. Mix of basmati + other grains. Fine chopped vegetables added. Good. Quantity - Good quantity dish, sufficient rice for 1 person around 475gm (half plate), lots of fine chopped vegetables mix - red carrot, onion, capsicum mix. Chicken pieces present. Negative - Price - Costed me ₹ 145 after discount coupon of ₹100. High price as per quality, taste. Quality - Except properly cooked rice, chicken pieces are not good - fabric/brittle chicken pieces visible with foul odour because of old/weak dying chicken. Please don't use poultry which is old, defected. Carrots used also not good quality, see photo closely. Excess oil visible. Apart from this, why Swiggy tape on dish? What restaurant served it to me? No label or tag. Delivery agent told some other name. Overall, I feel quality of Restaurants & dishes served are decreasing day by day in most restaurants. Be careful ordering non-veg items specially. I will recommend this chicken fried rice from this restaurant only once to all after my experience. One time can't tell truth too. But, if you want to eat good fried rice, this dish from this place isn't worth. Try others like Marksman, Noodle Station. This dish was expensive as per quality and taste. Only packing and quantity was ok.
