Everything was nice , food , especially the service. I am disappointed with the cleanliness inside, the walls , wash area needs some attention! Food is great considering the price. The price is not too high and there are plenty of options even for a budget friendly meal. We had a boneless steamed fish for starters. It was wrapped in banana leaf. Even with minimal spices and no oil, it tasted heavenly. Then, we tried Andhra style mutton curry, labelled as zamindari special. The mutton could have been cooked better. But the gravy was nice. They use a perfect blend of spices but the results are marvelous. For rice, we recommend Natu kodi Pulav ( Traditional Andhra style pulav with small rice grains.) Zamindari restaurant.. i think I visited at the wrong time .. ordered a fruit punch , godavari prawns vepudu, chicken chitti mutyala pulao. But I was disappointed with the taste .. royala vepudu received immediately within 1 min, don't know how but they said they were already preparing for another customer so it was ready. The taste was not good so after complaining they adjusted and served again but still not worth the price for that taste.. pulao was ok . Fruit punch was also not up to the mark. Sometimes it happens. Overall I was not completely satisfied but will visit again. The ambiance was simple and neat as it is an old building It is really classic. The greenery was also nice. So I must visit this place again and see. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹800–1,000 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
