I have been a regular customer of Zam Zam Sweet Bakery and have visited their shop multiple times. The quality has always been excellent when I buy directly from the store. However, my experience with online orders via Zomato has been consistently disappointing.Today, I ordered Bombay Badam Halwa and Bombay Pineapple Halwa, and both items were of very poor quality — not fresh at all. This is not the first time I’ve faced this issue when ordering online from this outlet. It feels like the quality of items sent to online customers is deliberately compromised, which is highly unfair and deceptive.I strongly feel that this outlet is damaging customer trust and misusing Zomato’s platform to push stale or substandard products. Zomato, you need to take this matter seriously — your credibility is at stake when such sellers operate unchecked.As a loyal Zomato user, I expect you to investigate this complaint, take necessary action against repeat offenders, and ensure that online customers are not treated like second-class buyers.I sincerely hope you value your customers and act accordingly.
