Shockingly infuruating experience with valet service at Zaitoon Sigbature today. It took 1 hour for the staff to retrieve my car which was parked kilometers away and driver seems to have forgotten where he parked!! They had noted car number wrong and I had to search with them to get the keys in the first place. The co-ordinator showed total disregard to the situation and had no accountability and no sense of urgency whatsoever. He did not even show an intent to help until his manager was called upon.The is not just mismanagement but sheer negligence and breach of trust. This incident wasted my time and caused immense stress. Appalling level of service and unacceptable on every level.Such irresponsibility spoiled my entire experience and would never recommend this horrible hotel ever.
