Absolutely disappointed. The food is drenched in oil, making it nearly inedible and unhealthy. The customer service is pathetic — rude, careless, and completely unprofessional. Even regular customers are treated poorly, with zero respect or appreciation. To make things worse, even the most commonly ordered items take an unreasonable amount of time to be served. Clearly, they don’t care about quality, efficiency, or customer loyalty. Not worth your time or money. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I’ve been visiting this place for a long time, but sadly, the quality has gone downhill over the years. I ordered their full grilled chicken, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a letdown. The chicken was clearly undercooked—pink on the inside and definitely not grilled properly. We politely informed the waiter and asked if it could be grilled a little more. At first, he refused, and after some convincing, he said he’d check with the manager. Shockingly, the manager flat-out refused to re-grill it, insisting that “leg pieces are supposed to be like that.”. Serving undercooked chicken and justifying it with a casual excuse is unacceptable. On top of that, the manager’s attitude was dismissive and impolite. No apology, no responsibility, just complete disregard for customer safety and experience.Undercooked chicken is a serious health concern, We expected better service and basic food safety standards. Would not recommend based on this visit. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
