I think for service this restaurant is not eligible for even 1 star. Too bad, the service was bad, and the food was not up to expectations as on Google (4.4 ). Even at T-stall we can get good service, but not here. The owner should look after their staff and their behaviour towards customers. Recently visited Zafran Mandi Family Restaurant at Uppal and I was pleased with the ance and the food. The staff was professional, friendly and attentive. I found the aurant to be incredibly clean and well-maintained. I thoroughly enjoyed the food, was well-prepared and flavorful. The portions were generous and the flavors were fully chosen. The price was reasonable and I definitely felt I got my money's worth. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a satisfying dining experience.
