Zafrani is a popular biriyani and Indian restaurant at belgharia so thought of let's try ..
This perticular restaurant is not the Belgharia one / it's Chinar park - Koikhali area ,
The order As always came within 30 minutes ,
About the Chicken Biriyani it was 147 rs without discount , I used Paytm upi and it become 106 rs :-)
About the package , it was very good , biriyani box was sealed with selotape , They Given a Raita , and Onion and cucumber salad ,
The Biriyani portion was good , sufficient for one , they given a leg pcs with was very soft
Now the cons
Although the the rice was good , it was little hard ( less baked or 80-85% baked ) , The potato was also not very soft , it was little hard
Now about the taste , The Special fragrance and love to die for it type taste was completely missing , be it the rice / potato / chicken ,
It was decent , could have been wow if the taste was good , no taste in the potato also ,
Even the chicken was big , very soft left , little chicken was still left after the rice was over , I never felt good feeling while having the chicken ,
I think the only concern is taste otherwise everything was really good
One more thing I would like to add , they made the raita very nicely , it tasted awesome with the biriyani , I was thinking to put 2 star , but because of the soft chicken pcs , and raita , I made it 3 ,
They are very new shop / restaurant
I hope they will take care of the taste that I would proudly rate this a 5 star
