Zaffran Matam Al Arabi blew my mind and filled my belly! I'm still dreaming about the Chicken Fried Mandi, y'all. That perfectly spiced, crispy chicken on top of fluffy, flavorful rice...pure magic. Seriously, every bite was an explosion of taste and texture. I could have eaten the whole plate myself, but then there wouldn't have been room for the legendary Double Ka Meetha! Speaking of that Double Ka Meetha...forget everything you think you know . The ambiance wasn't fancy, but it had a warm, family-friendly vibe. The service was super friendly and helpful, too. They even explained the whole Mandi ordering process to this Mandi newbie (spoiler alert: you point at the giant roasting chickens, and they carve you off a piece of heaven).
