1/5 — Very Bad Experience at Zatar Mandi Restaurant I had one of the worst experiences at Zatar Mandi Restaurant. The staff are completely irresponsible, and the reception people behave very rudely. They don’t show even the basic respect or courtesy towards customers. The way they talk and handle guests is extremely unprofessional — it feels like they don’t care whether customers are happy or not. On top of that, the restaurant has no proper security system at all. There are no cameras, and because of this, people are stealing shoes from outside the area entrance of room area. When we complained about it, the staff and reception were not at all concerned — they didn’t even apologize or try to help. This shows how careless and poorly managed the place is. A good restaurant is not only about food but also about how they treat their customers and how safe the environment is. Unfortunately, Zatar Mandi fails in both. The management seriously needs to take strict action — train their staff to behave properly and improve the security system immediately. Until these issues are fixed, I would not recommend anyone to visit this place. Very disappointing experience overall. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
