Had very bad experience . We went for having lunch and due to rush we were asked to wait for 15 mins . Since there were no response after 30 mins we went inside and they asked us to wait more as two people has ordered Kunafa and they have to finish it . We some how found another seats and then while trying to place order , it was informed that their software is not working due to no internet connection and there will be delay in taking orders and for delivering food . To the hotel management , we visit your place only because of hunger and never test the patience of people while they are hungry . Please plan your business to make your customers happy or there are other restaurants kept open . First visit bad impression ..never recommend to any one Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
